The link [[<lang>:<label>]]/[[:<lang>:<label>]] should be rewritten into
[[Special:ItemDisambiguation/<lang>/<label>]]. This type of link is usually
going out of the wiki to another language version, but as there are no other
language version of Wikidata we can simply land on the disambiguation list for
this pair of language and label.
