I have created the new instance deployment-jobrunner07 and I am not able to
connect to it :
ssh deployment-jobrunner07.pmtpa.wmflabs
Creating directory '/home/hashar'.
Unable to create and initialize directory '/home/hashar'.
<snip motd>
Connection to deployment-jobrunner07.pmtpa.wmflabs closed.
Killed by signal 1.
Rebooting the instance does not seem to fix the issue.
