I'm not sure convincing all the projects to change how they handle their existing contact pages counts as trivial, but I do think it is probably worth pursuing in the long run to avoid duplication of efforts with something like the mobile feedback page. In the short term, it sounds like we ought to update the mobile feedback page to only provide a link for technical feedback (a mailto, pointing to a non-otrs address).
