there is a consensus in hewiki "village-pump" page, known as "Miznon" or מזנון.

there are 8 "support" and no "object" votes, which in hewiki considered to be a
consensus.
the essense of the request is:
"Hewiki asks to change the default display sizes of gallery and thumbnails.
Gallery images should be sized, by default, 200x200, and thumbnails defualt
width should change from 220 to 250"
