1) All inputs and states should be periodically stored somewhere (e.g. in the
browser) to allow resuming the process if errors like a longer connection drop,
browser crash, server errors etc. occurred.
2) Upload Wizard should be able to query a user's upload stash so, in case
something bad happened, the user doesn't have to upload huge files again
(upload stash is there anyway so why not using it).
