I granted myself checkuser rights on test.wikipedia.org from meta to perform a
routine check, but when I go on testwiki, I don't get access to the CheckUser
tool and get instead:
"You do not have permission to check user's IP addresses and other information,
for the following reason:
The action you have requested is limited to users in the group: CheckUsers."
