ml wikipedia edit screen without an edit toolbar
Occassionally, pages loading in ml.wikipedia without running all the scripts.
This causes the Edit toolbar, Narayam IME, etc. unavailable. Screenshot of edit
screen without a toolbar is attached.
However, the page will be loaded properly after a browser refresh.
