We have built a nice little template engine based on the messaging system and
based on resource loader. There is a lot which could be improved, especially
performance wise and in how we are using the resource loader.
I suggest we make this a separate extension or move this into core. I have
already talked to some other developers about this in the past and I think they
agreed that this could be something useful not just for the Wikibase extension.
This could also encourage to make other people use the extension and improve
upon it.
