1. Open https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:RobLa-WMF/Video_testing
2. Click the CC button on the player, then "Add subtitles"
== Expected result ==
The user gets an interface to easily add subtitles, or at least instructions on
how to do it, like the {{closed cap}} template on the description page.
== Actual results ==
The user is sent to a red link on Commons, with no indication of what to do
next.
