The Special:TimedMediaHandler does not give a good sense of:
a) how many transcodes are active
b) how many transcodes have been completed recently.
So any variant of "X transcodes started in the last 10 min" or "Y transcodes
finished in the last 10min, and Z finished in the last 4 hours" or "X
transcodes failed in the last day" or any temporal info like that would be
helpful to quickly gauge if things are running smoothy "right now"
