In the link above there is a discussion on what to do with things which are
outside the content namespaces of the Wikipedias (e.g. templates, help pages,
categories, books, authors, etc...).
One of the suggestions was to allow each item to have one link to a Wikipedia
page per language per namespace.
Creating this bug to track development on that approach (feel free to close as
WONTFIX if a better one is found).
