I would like to see the run time of each filter displayed in the table at
Special:AbuseFilter. This would enable abusefilter-editors to check filters for
extraordinary runtimes and make appropriate adaptations.
Also, it would be great if the total runtime of all filters could be included
in Mediawiki:abusefilter-status, just to complete the statistics.
