Since the deployment of TimedMediaHandler, the video player supports subtitles
in various languages.
The subtitle language selection should follow the interface language, including
when it is set through ?uselang parameter
For example,
<https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Great_Feeling.ogv?uselang=it>
should auto-select italian subtitles.
