I'd have expected that to be in ExpandTemplates.alias.php within a day. It hasn't shown up in there, so obviously something is broken in the translatewiki.net export of special page aliases. I'll do some prodding and see if I can find out what's causing it. I have an idea. It may be that Niklas broke something recently.
