If you visit de.wikidata.org it redirects to
http://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Hauptseite . But this page has set
"wgPageContentLanguage":"en" which is wrong because it is "de"
I know that there is currently no possibility to change this easily, but in
long term it should be changed. Perhaps a new feature must first be implemented
at mediawiki.
