At present, pages that have been changed since your last visit will appear in
bold in Special:Watchlist. This means that some very busy pages will
essentially always appear in bold, making it harder to pick out changed pages
and diluting the value of the feature. It would be advantageous to be able to
selectively disable this feature for any given page from Special:EditWatchlist.
