screenshot of the problem, comes up when I click on preferences.
My preferences on the incubator.wikimedia.org site will not load. It only
happens on the incubator, and it has happened in every browser or OS I have
logged in and tried it on. See screenshots for more information.

When I am on a mobile phone (Windows Phone 7), I get an "HTTP 505 Internal
server error", and nothing comes up.
