Script and bots must know if editing page content must be done by using
different api modules. So i need a list of namespaces where wikibase is
enabled. Reedy had the idea to mark these namespaces by an additional attribute
at
http://wikidata.org/w/api.php?action=query&meta=siteinfo&siprop=namespaces
