For me (Windows XP, Firefox 3.5) with the English Wikipedia version of the
Vector skin (accessed through My Preferences), none of the show/hide (i.e.,
expand/collapse) templates work. They are simply all expanded, with no option
to collapse. They work fine in monobook.
I notice that in Vector on the iPhone in Safari, the show/hide templates do
work.
