If one is translating directly in Special:Translate, editing might occasionally
fail, if an external link is included and a captcha extension prevents the
edit. An error message "Saving failed. Please report this error." will pop up.
When the user tries to edit the page directly, he will able to enter the
captcha and make the edit possible.
As a fix, the error message could be made to explain this when the error was
due to a captcha - or (probably more difficult) the captcha could be shown to
the user?
