I tried to upload a picture using flickr import feature, the URL I pasted
resulted in fetching only a single picture which was already uploaded on
commons, thus giving the message that there is already another file with the
same name.
Then clicking on "remove file" brings back to the UploadWizard interface but
with improper positioning of the button that says "Select a file to donate"
