Some pages in the namespace Thema: on German Wikivoyage cannot be edited with
error message:
"Berechtigungsfehler. Du bist nicht berechtigt, Diskussionsseiten zu erstellen.
Grund:
Eine Seite mit dem Titel „Thema Diskussion:Länder mit Reisewarnungen“ kann
nicht erstellt werden.
Der Titel kollidiert mit diesem Sperrbegriff: ^The.*"
