Steps to reproduce:
# Go to http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:ExtensionDistributor/Cite
# Select "development version (trunk)" from the version drop-down
# A page loads saying a snapshot has been created, blah, blah.
# If you follow the link to the snapshot, or let the page to auto-redirect, you
get a plain 404 error page
That doesn't happen with 1.19.x version or older.
MediaWiki 1.20 was released recently, and malfunction of
Special:ExtensionDistributor is a major inconvenient/blocker for people trying
to upgrade MediaWiki and extensions.
