The youhavenewmessagesfromusers message was displayed to me. I deliberately
edited the URL to go to the history of my talk page, and saw the
youhavenewmessagesfromusers message had disappeared. I then loaded the main
page and again, saw the youhavenewmessagesfromusers message. While looking at
the history of the main page, the message was still displayed. I had also
confirmed it to be displayed when on the history of another user's talk page.
I believe the youhavenewmessagesfromusers message should also be shown on the
action pages (I checked for delete and protect as well) of the page that the
message is on.
