When my bot tries to add labels in uz-latn this fails with
/api/error:code=not-recognized-language
/api/error:info=unknown language: uz-latn
uz-latn is a lang code used as variant at uzwiki:
http://uz.wikipedia.org/w/api.php?action=query&meta=siteinfo&siprop=general
