(Not adding 'shell' or 'shellpolicy' keyword not to clutter everybody's
buglists, as there's nothing to do here yet.)
After correct Polish collation is implemented per 42412, it should be set as
the default one for Polish Wikipedia (and probably other Polish-language
projects).
