Basically that the SecurePoll extension should be accessible via the API.
Things like https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:SecurePoll/list/240 should be
accessible via the API rather than having to screen-scrape them when trying to
set up a list like https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:ACE2011/L.
Ideally though, all features of SecurePoll should have API counterparts.
