When your preferences are configured to receive email notifications for a new
edit to pages on your watchlist, and a bot edits one such page, no email
notification is sent for that edit, or for any subsequent edit to that page,
meaning if you primarily use enotifs as a watchlist instead of
Special:Watchlist, you can miss edits to pages for an arbitrary amount of time.
This *may* be a dupe of bug 27884, but I'm filing it as a separate bug in case
it isn't
