I've already included a small version of OL in trunk:

However I just copy-pasted the OpenStreetMap.org shrinky-config. This still
includes things we don't want.
Perhaps we should generate two different shrunk OpenLayers.js files depending
on whether the user requests a normal slippymap or worldwind? This might be
tricky since the <script> headers would have to take into account how the
extension is called in the main article text.
Then again maybe not, it might be trivial.
