Not sure if this is right component but this is an issue with the fundraising
banners on wikipedia.org
Go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Census_in_Germany#Literature
The fundraising banner breaks the hash link and jumps you to the top of the
page rather than the Literature section making the content difficult to share.
