Currently when adding a photo to an article it uploads it to Commons however it
doesn't add the image to the article.
Looking closely - the api call to prepend the image to the article gets a
response of {"servedby":"srv253","error":{"code":"badtoken","info":"Invalid
token"}}

It appears it is sending the token received from:
http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/api.php?format=json&action=tokens&type=edit&origin=http%3A%2F%2Fen.m.wikipedia.org
rather than the token for the current wiki.
