I would like to request the
following changes in the user rights configuration for Urdu Wikipedia
(urwiki):
1) Bureaucrats should be able to add and remove users from the "import"
usergroup.
2) Administrators should be able to add and remove users from the "uploader"
usergroup.
I am a Bureaucrat and sysop on urwiki. Thanks.
