To make it easier to deploy frequent updates to labsconsole, we're going to
start including the labsconsole extensions in the wmf branches. The following
extensions will need to be included in make-wmf-branch:
OpenStackManager, OATHAuth, LdapAuthentication, SMW, SRF, SF, DynamicSidebar,
and Validator
The Semantic extensions & Validator need some initial branch point we'll want
to use (probably not HEAD). The other ones can use HEAD like normal.
