AFTv5 is not visible for logged-out/IP users on the german wikipedia
but show up if stable=0 is appended to the url:
http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schach?stable=0
Maybe this has something to do with our use of Flagged Revisions as Sighted
versions. At dewp we don't "patrol" version but only "review" them.
