When I look at
https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:AbuseLog&wpSearchUser=Crack+paiyam,
the log begins with: 11:29, 7 December 2012: Crack paiyam (talk | contribs).
Even though the user has made 0 contributions, the "contribs" link there is
blue.
If you look at [[Special:Log/Crack_paiyam]], the "contribs" link is red, since
the user has 0 edits.
By being able to tell when certain users have edited and which haven't would
make patrolling logs much easier.
