Hi. When I hide a revision from an user talk, the user receives a message by
mail, saying that the page was 'created'.

I have already been asked to explain at least to four different users why did
they receive a message of creation if the page already existed. The most recent
was here [1].
It also happened here [2] with an user that probably set to receive mails from
pages she watched.

Is it possible to change the message and say that a version was deleted? Or
maybe send no message at all?
