Add an option to use URL parameters for #REDIRECT targets.
E.g.
* Project:Something?foo=bar&baz=123
* [[#REDIRECT:Special:Search/{{PAGENAME}}]] redirects to the search but what if
I want to define a namespace by the URL parameter "ns=6" ??
{{fullurl}} may be too confusing here.
