When a changes is made on wikidata.org, information about that change should be
injected into the recentchanges table on the client wikis. This is done via the
pollForChanges script.
pollForChanges is configured to run from cron on hume (for now, pending a
better solution). It runs, but does not inject anything into test2's
recentchanges table. Running the script from the command line directly appears
to work, according to Chad.
