It seems like Jenkins is using an old version of master.
During testing of the DataValues extension it failed due to a missing
MediaWikiTestCase::assertException() [1], and that method should be available
as it was merged into core some time ago. When hashar checked Jenkins master
(?) was based on Tue Nov 27 12:42:47 2012.
This will have impact on tests for DataValues and possibly also some tests for
Wikibase.
