The activity log next to a feedback has the title "Activity log" in English and
German interface. I think MediaWiki:Articlefeedbackv5-activity-pane-header
should be the right localization-message but the EN-msg there is "Activity Log"
(DE: "Aktivitäten-Logbuch") so it seems the popup-title doesn't use the/any
localization-message
