list=allusers needs additional parameter to specify creation cutoff dates.
So I can, say,
"show me users created after 20090201".
"show me users created between 200902... and 200903...".
We see the URL above contains creation information, so it shouldn't be that
hard to do.
This will be more flexible than seeing just
http://example.org/index.php?title=Special:Log&type=newusers .
