In order to comply with the 2004 California Online Privacy Policy Protection
Act all of our apps have to include a privacy and terms of service link.
Currently the Wiki Loves Monuments Android app does not have this.
Display would be as simple as "Terms of Service | Privacy Policy" as makes
sense within the WLM App
