A snapshot of the error I get when I try to access
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/b/bc/Wiki.png
This is not a pressing issue, and it might well just be me; but for the past
few days, the logo has been shown only at irregular intervals. Yesterday, it
didn't appear and then did; today, it doesn't. For a time, many other images
were also not displayed or took a long time to be displayed. Is it a problem
with upload.wikimedia.org, or is it my configuration? (I tested this on
another computer and got the same error.)
