Steps to reproduce ::
1) Start editing an article
2) Click on 'Save Draft' button and watch button

1 Button is disabled and caption is changed to Saving
2 Them Caption is changed to Saved after some few second
3 The Caption is changed to 'Save Draft' and button was enabled.
Similar was noticed after the save failures too.
Expected Outcome::
Button shall be enabled upon the changes.
