The README says, "Copy the test tour in the file
/extensions/GuidedTour/modules/tours/test.js to a page in the MediaWiki
namespace on your server named MediaWiki:GuidedTour/test.js".
This should be done automatically, since messages can populate the MediaWiki
namespace. This will also facilitate translation and upgrades (if not modified
locally).
