Precise comes with version 0.6.1 of pep8 which does not support configuration
using a .pep8 file. That is really troublesome when we want the developers to
manage their pep8 rules.

Ubuntu has a v1.3.3 under raring
http://packages.ubuntu.com/search?keywords=pep8 The dependencies do not seems
to be to be too much of a trouble for a backport to Precise.
