Steps to reproduce issue:
* Load VisualEditor on a page where the server will return in error
(to simulate, call mw.loader.load('ext.visualEditor.viewPageTarget') from the
console on a page where VE is not enabled, e.g. the Manual namespace on mw.org)
* Click Cancel on the server error alert()
* Witness said error on your console.
