The mail notifications from ro.wp begin with
Domnule/Doamnă Strainu,
$PAGEINTRO Apasă[...]
According to translatewiki.net, $PAGEINTRO should be replaced with the contents
of [[MediaWiki:Enotif body intro changed]], which is correct on wiki. However,
the replacement does not happen when sending the emails.
