Special:ListGroupRights is sometimes confusing because it says e.g. that a
group has "edit" rights, but in reality that right applies only to some subset
of the wiki which can vary depending on the wiki's configuration and
extensions.
This information should be shown clearly, for instance in a table at the end of
the page.
I don't remember how many namespace-specific settings are possible (they should
all be included), but $wgNamespaceProtection is the main one.
