Steps to reproduce:
1. Make sure you have the enhanced watchlist (collapsing/expanding of multiple
edits) enabled.
2. Hover over the empty space before a single edit.
Expected result:
The cursor shouldn't change, as there is nothing to click on.
Actual result:
The cursor is shown as hand, see screenshot.
This is caused by Gerrit change #36361 to fix bug 36211.
